The ACM Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS) Fall Conference provided a fantastic opportunity to network with my peers from Universities thru out Canada and the United States as well as Europe and Japan. The seminars that I attended had direct connection to projects that we are involved with as well as indirect connection to future projects that we are evaluating. I was able to establish relationships with peers that will provide ongoing benefit to me in my position and to the Computing Services Department of Athabasca University. The willingness of my peers to share information will be of great benefit to Athabasca University. As a result of attending this conference, I am inspired to present at future conferences to add to the global knowledge within the University community.en
